SHIPPING POLICY

We will arrange for your order to be shipped as soon as possible to ensure efficient fulfillment.

All orders will be shipped within one week of placement. You can check the specific shipping progress through the Order Center.

During peak periods (such as new product launches and holidays), order processing volume is relatively high, and an additional 1-2 days may be required. We appreciate your understanding.

Important Note: Once the package is handed over to the logistics provider, its transportation route and delivery timeliness will be managed by the logistics provider. We will provide you with an exclusive logistics tracking number to help you check the real-time status of your package.

We support shipping to most regions worldwide. Due to local regulations or logistics restrictions, some products may not be eligible for international shipping. Please refer to the product details page for specific information.

Depending on your delivery destination, the package delivery time is usually 10-25 days.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Thank you for choosing our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we've detailed our return policy to ensure a clear and hassle-free process:

  1. Eligibility for ReturnsReturns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking information).To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused state, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact (for example, no signs of wear, damage, or alteration).Certain items cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or custom reasons, including: personalized products, perishable items, intimate apparel, and opened skincare or cosmetic products.   2. Return ProcessSubmit a Return Request: Before returning any items, please get in touch with our customer service team via [email/online form], providing your order number, the name(s) of the item(s) to be returned, and a brief explanation for the return. We will review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if it is approved.Prepare the Shipment: Pack the eligible item(s) securely (we suggest using the original packaging if available) and clearly display the RA number on the outer package. Note: Returns sent without an RA number (unauthorized returns) may be rejected or delayed.Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our mistake (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). Please keep the return tracking number for your records—we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  3. Refund & Exchange DetailsRefunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) (usually within 3–5 business days after they arrive at our warehouse) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and the processing time may differ depending on the payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item (for instance, for a different size or color), please indicate your desired replacement in your return request. Exchanges are dependent on stock availability; if the requested item is out of stock, we will automatically process a refund instead.Deductions: For returns based on customer preference (such as a change of mind), we may deduct a small restocking fee (up to 10% of the item’s purchase price) from the refund amount. No restocking fees will be charged for returns caused by our errors or defective products.
